Expert equipment
Appropriate sports equipment is absolutely required for everyone who dares to try the new Single Trail. Mountain bikes must have shock absorbers and special downhill tires. Protective gear - back support, shin and arm guards, plastic armor to protect against injury - and helmets are also a must!
Rules
This trail is a high Alpine mountain bike route with a level of difficulty between intermediate and very difficult. Every mountain biker should ride downhill according to his abilities and skills. Bikers should always respect nature, wildlife and grazing cattle.
Risks and insurance
The Gaislachkogl Single Trail is checked and maintained by the staff of Ötztal Tourismus on a regular basis. But there is always a risk of damaged trail sections and unforeseen obstacles. Mountain bikers should always control their speed. Special insurances must be provided by the bikers themselves. No liability will be assumed for accidents or injuries and damages. The use of the Single Trail is at the mountain biker's own risk.
The Single Trail is not suitable for walkers or hikers. The surrounding area boasts an infinite number of signposted walking and hiking routes.
