Until the beginning of next week, the bitter cold temperatures will stay with us at all altitudes. A lively north-easterly wind will blow at the mountains, which will strengthen the chilly temperatures for longer. At least the sun will shine, sunny conditions are forecast particularly in the mountains. In the valleys, however, some low stratus may occur too. On Tuesday, thick clouds will cover the sun, snowfalls are occasionally expected. At the same time, the frosty temperatures will weaken significantly. Sunny spells will interfere with the weather from Wednesday on. Variable conditions and lower temperatures are probably expected during the second half of the week.
